Perfetto is a boutique coffee roaster that sources, roasts and packages some of the finest coffees in the world. Coffee roasting is undertaken in Australia within a state of the art facility that is ISO and HACCP certified, with a Vietnam facility coming soon.
As a testament to Perfetto’s reputation leading brands such as LaCimbali, DeLonghi and Cafetto have partnered together with Perfetto, on an exclusive basis, to offer a full range of products to the end Customer.
Perfetto also invests heavily in Barista and General Coffee training to ensure not only correct usage of equipment, but more importantly to ensure that the end product delivered to the customer is of world standard.
What makes Perfetto stand out in the area of Customer Care is the providing of options for comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for proactive and reactive support of equipment supplied.

To achieve this commitment Perfetto will supply and support an exclusive range of coffee machines from world leaders DeLonghi and LaCimbali.
Their coffee will be selected from the best type of Arabica beans from Central America, Africa and the Robusta beans from Asia. To ensure the client receives the perfect coffee experience world class standards are ensured by quality inspections undertaken before and after roasting and during packaging. This quality process is controlled by an experienced team of professionals in Australia.
When the pure coffee is imported to Vietnam it is always stored at a temperature of 22 degrees Celsius to ensure coffee flavour and quality is always kept at the highest level. To ensure optimum quality, Perfetto coffee is packed in a bag with a one way valve which keeps pollutants out and the freshness in ensuring flavour is always perfect.
The Objectives:
Distribution: To establish a network of distributors and agents with the same work principles and ethics as reliable partners in delivering Perfetto products to our clients. To provide and support them with the necessary tools and training to achieve success as part of the Perfetto team.
Production: To start a day with a cup of espresso coffee is a perfect beginning. Perfetto look forward to bringing all clients that most delicious cup of coffee. To enable this to happen, Perfetto will be establishing a roasting plant in Vietnam to meet the needs of our clients quickly and at a competitive price. To ensure the consistency and quality of coffee blends are continually enhanced with the sourcing of the highest grades of beans available and best work processes.
Solutions & Service: To offer coffee solutions for restaurants, resorts and 4 & 5 star hotels with a commitment to quality service. To supply options for Service Level Agreements (SLA) to cover both proactive and reactive support for all equipment thus ensuring that clients receive ongoing benefits from their coffee investment.
