On April 24, Tripadvisor released its annual Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Hotels list for 2024, spotlighting top destinations for travelers to consider for their next trips. In the luxury category, Vietnam’s Banyan Tree Lang Co stands out as the only Vietnamese property, ranked 12th worldwide. The resort is also named alongside TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach, Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort, and Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa in the Top 25 Best Hotels in Asia. These rankings are based on real feedback and votes from millions of Tripadvisor users, ensuring they reflect genuine guest experiences rather than being influenced by AI or individual travel experts.
To qualify for Tripadvisor’s prestigious Best of the Best Hotels list, properties must gain a significant number of exceptional reviews from the Tripadvisor community within the last year. Among the 8 million establishments considered, less than 1% achieve this elite status. The criteria for making it to the top include offering excellent service, comfortable and stylish accommodations, top-notch cuisine, and being located in convenient areas.
