Following the success of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Danang – the first Nobu residential project in Southeast Asia, Nobu Hospitality announces the upcoming Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Ho Chi Minh, through a collaboration with Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE). This marks the brand’s 40th hotel and second opening in Vietnam.

Nobu first entered the Vietnamese market with Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences project in Da Nang. Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE) and Nobu Hospitality aims to enhance Da Nang ‘s living experience and setting new standards of elegance. This 186m high building has become one of the new symbols of Da Nang city. Following that success, Nobu partnered with VCRE to explore more opportunities for development in other regions of Vietnam.
Located at the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s historic District 1, Nobu Ho Chi Minh Hotel and Restaurant offers direct access to key landmarks, shopping centres, dining venues, and entertainment hubs in the city.
The impressive 40-story mixed-use complex, currently under construction, will encompass Class A office space and the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant. The hotel, positioned on the higher floors, will include 135 luxurious guest rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, a modern fitness center, and the renowned Nobu restaurant on the 7th floor. The renowned Nobu restaurant will be situated on the 7th floor, adding to the allure of the establishment. Scheduled to open in 2026, the tower promises breathtaking views of both the cityscape and the picturesque Saigon River.
