Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, 10 October 2026 – This Vietnamese Women’s Day, Serene & Free invites women across Ho Chi Minh City to trade a full morning for a slower one: a few hours of yoga, music, art and stillness, spent following what feels right.
The idea is simple: free time is personal. A morning that leaves one person feeling restored might be filled with movement; for someone else, it may simply offer the space to slow down. For the women of this city – local and international, each with her own full life, Serene & Free is an invitation to pause and reclaim a morning.
On 18 October 2026, Serene & Free will explore these different rhythms through a wellness morning at SERENE SAIGON. Bringing together Yoga Pod, The Brand Promise and Club Med in celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day, the event is an invitation to step away from familiar routines and spend a few hours following what feels right.
The programme opens with an outdoor Yoga Flow accompanied by live music, led by Yoga Pod, a Thao Dien studio that has built an international community around yoga, mindful movement and green living since 2017. The session welcomes all levels, with the focus on being present rather than keeping up.
The setting plays its part. With green outdoor areas and welcoming indoor spaces, SERENE SAIGON lets the morning move easily from yoga into refreshments, an art exhibition, and time to connect with others.
For the final part of the morning, guests choose between a Sound Bath and an Art Workshop. The two offer different experiences, and that is the point. There is no single idea of what rest or wellbeing should look like.
That spirit is shared by The Art of Free Time, Club Med’s latest global campaign – the belief that having the time and space to decide what feels good is a luxury in itself. Throughout the morning, guests will also go home with a selection of gifts, including a two-night stay at Club Med Phuket.
