Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch marks the brand’s first hotel in Western Australia as part our ambitious expansion strategy. It includes a modern pre-function area, a meeting room adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, and has the capacity to host up to 40 guests in a cocktail-style arrangement.

Substance Restaurant and Bar, the hotel’s artisanal café and Asian bistro, will provide guests with a diverse array of dining choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Under the guidance of Head Chef Mochsin Fam, known for his health-conscious approach, the restaurant incorporates biophilic design elements and accommodates up to 76 diners. Featuring an Asian-inspired menu, guests can enjoy a variety of seasonal, locally sourced dishes alongside classic cocktails and an extensive beverage selection. Additionally, Substance will offer an upscale grab-and-go section tailored to meet the needs of the mixed-use commercial and residential clientele in the area.
