Vietnam, 11 June 2025 – BIM Land, a member of BIM Group, has officially brought the InterContinental Halong Bay Resort into operation, marking the debut of the InterContinental brand’s first beachfront property in Northern Vietnam. Situated in the heart of Halong Marina, the resort aims to set a new standard for premium tourism experiences in the region.
Spanning a prime coastal location, InterContinental Halong Bay offers 175 hotel rooms and suites, along with 41 luxury villas, all boasting expansive views of the iconic bay. The development also includes upscale amenities such as multiple on-site restaurants, a beach club, wellness and spa facilities, and state-of-the-art conference and event spaces tailored for both leisure and business travelers.
Developed in partnership with global hospitality leader IHG Hotels & Resorts, the project is part of a broader vision to position the area not only as a natural wonder but also as a destination for high-end tourism and international events. The launch of the resort underscores BIM Land’s long-term strategy to integrate world-class accommodation with sustainable coastal urban development in the region.
Set within the larger Halong Marina complex, which continues to evolve as a modern tourism and lifestyle hub, the resort adds to a dynamic mix of commercial, residential, and leisure spaces along the coast of Quang Ninh Province.
