On 15 May 2025, Club Med was honored to be one of 45 leading partners participating in the RMIT Careers Fair. With more than 1,400 participants joining to explore 150 job openings showcased and other activities and career preparation workshops, the atmosphere was truly vibrant and brimming with potential. It was a fantastic opportunity for Club Med to engage with and cultivate the next generation of talent in Vietnam.
The RMIT Careers Festival is the flagship annual event by the Careers, Alumni & Industry Relations department, dedicated to enhancing the RMIT student experience through dynamic career preparation.

This year, Careers Fair 2025 embraced the theme ”AI: Shaping the Future of Work”, raising a critical question:
In an age where AI is everyone’s superpower how do you differentiate yourself?
The answer lies within you – your creativity and critical thinking. AI serves as your ‘multiplier,’ amplifying your uniqueness so you can truly transform yourself and excel in your studies and career.

The theme is perfectly reflected in the work environment at Club Med, where the core ‘I’ – that’s you, with your soft skills and unique qualities, remains absolutely irreplaceable.
In the tourism and hospitality industry, human connection is at the heart of every memorable experience. This is the success story of Club Med-a global leader in all-inclusive Resorts, starting from canvas tents in 1950 to becoming world-class resorts. What sets Club Med apart is not just its pioneering concept, but a unique culture built through distinctive roles created along the way. At the center of this culture are the G.Os, standing for Gentle Organizer. Far beyond traditional hospitality roles, G.Os embody the spirit of Club Med. They are entertainers, companions, and cultural ambassadors all in one, seamlessly blending professionalism with warmth to create unforgettable moments for every guest.

At the Careers Fair, Club Med was delighted to engage with RMIT students — promising young talents capable of bringing Vietnam’s vibrant spirit into a dynamic, multicultural workplace. Representing Club Med were Ms. Stephanie Tan, Talent Acquisition and HR Project Manager for Southeast Asia; Ms. Nisarat Khongboontong, Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager; and especially Ms. Thuy Ha, a proud alumnus of Tourism and Hospitality Management program and among the first three Vietnamese G.Os working at Club Med Sahoro Hokkaido last winter season of 2024. Drawing on their dynamic backgrounds, the Club Med representatives offered students insights into working at “resorts in paradise”, addressed their concerns regarding the working environments, and provided valuable industry advice.

Within the day, Club Med representatives were invited to join the final round of the Tourism and Hospitality Management Challenge 2025, organized by the RMIT Tourism & Hospitality Club. The enthusiasm and critical-thinking ability of the young professionals, which are essential elements for building a growth mindset, were showcased as they tackled real-world hospitality case studies. This demonstrated a strong alignment between Club Med’s vision for pioneering experiences with highlights on genuine human connections and the innovative spirit of RMIT students.
The day was a resounding success, marked by the triumph of both the Careers Fair and the competition, largely thanks to the dedication of the RMIT organizing team and the enthusiastic participation of students. These events not only signaled the first collaboration between RMIT University and Club Med but also laid a strong foundation for promising partnership opportunities focused on investing in Vietnam’s growing market and the potential of its young professionals.
