So, G.O or G.E?
Club Med operates nearly 70 resorts across five continents, offering over 120 job opportunities across their six job families: Hospitality & Catering, Child Care, Well-being, Sports, Performance Arts, and Support & Sales. Here, G.Os focus on guest experiences in areas like Sports and Performance Arts, while G.Es handle operations in Hospitality, Housekeeping, and Logistics. Some teams, like Hospitality & Catering, combine both, with G.Os serving guests and G.Es managing kitchens and facilities.
Hospitality & Catering
As one of the largest teams in the resort, the Hospitality & Catering team is made up of five specialized sub-teams dedicated to ensuring guests’ comfort from arrival to departure. They provide seamless service while fostering genuine, personalized connections throughout the stay.
Reception
As ambassadors for Club Med Resorts, the reception team creates a warm and welcoming first impression. They build genuine connections through personalized touches from the guests’ arrival to departure.
Applicable positions: Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Bellboy, Welcome & Services Supervisor, Night Auditor, Transport Coordinator, Chalet Host, Accommodation & Reception Coordinator, Reception Manager Assistant, Room Division Manager, etc.
Cooking
Each Resort offers various restaurants and bars, catering to both events and intimate gatherings, as part of the Club Med premium all-inclusive package. With options ranging from buffets to plated meals and live cooking, the chefs can showcase their skills and creativity to deliver flavorful experiences.
Applicable positions: Commis Baker, Baker, Pastry Cook, Pastry Chef, Butcher, Kitchen Assistant, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, Assistant Chief Executive, Chef de Cuisine, etc.
Accommodation
The Accommodation team is dedicated to providing guests with a premium hospitality experience. Club Med offers a range of accommodations, including Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Suites, as well as Villas and Chalets from the Club Med Exclusive Collection, ensuring comfort and luxury throughout their stay.
Applicable positions: Laundry Attendant, Laundry Manager, Common Areas Housekeeper, Rooms Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, Lodging Team Leader, Assistant Butler Manager, Head Butler, Executive Housekeeper Assistant, Executive Housekeeper, etc.
Logistics
The Logistics team plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of supplies within the resort. This team oversees daily stock management and coordinates timely and efficient supply distribution across all resort departments, supporting smooth operations.
Applicable positions: Storekeeper, Supplies Stocks Supervisor, Food & Beverage Stocks, Supervisor, Resort Logistics Supervisor, Stocks & Procurement Manager, etc.
Catering & Bar
The Restaurant and Bar are at the heart of the Club Med experience we offer our guests. From the buffet to the Bistronomic restaurant, the themed bar, and even the wine cellar, they are the places where both customers and the teams share unforgettable moments together.
Applicable positions: Food & Beverage Employee, Waiter, Restaurant Hostess, Bartender, Gourmet Lounge Manager, Wine Cellar Supervisor, Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Food Hygiene & Safety Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, etc.
Child Care
Club Med has long been at the forefront of crafting unforgettable children’s holiday experiences, having invented the Mini Club Med. Working in children’s teams, G.Os become friends to little visitors, not only caring for them but also creating unforgettable holiday memories, contributing to the happiness of whole families on vacation.
Baby & Petit Club
Be responsible for supervising children aged 4 months to 2 years (Baby Club) and 2 to 4 years (Petit Club) at the Resort, ensuring their health and well-being, and organizing age-appropriate activities and entertainment such as sports, self-expression, creativity, games, and entertainment
Applicable positions: Nursery Nurse, Childcare Nurse, Early Childhood Educator, Baby/Petit Club Supervisor, Mini Club Supervisor, Childcare Coordinator, Junior Club Coordinator, Amazing Family Coordinator, Childcare Manager, Resort Trainer Manager, etc.
Mini Club
Create a vibrant and safe environment for children aged 4 to 17 including organizing, accompanying and supervising children in the resort’s various sporting and creative activities.

Well-being
Ensuring guest comfort and relaxation is the role of the Well-being team at Club Med Resorts. As part of this team, the health team ensures a safe holiday for our customers through preventive care and first aid. Meanwhile, the Spa team facilitates relaxation within the resort’s comprehensive wellness framework
Spa
Spa teams offer a comprehensive range of wellness and beauty services, including specialized massages, hair styling, and personalized treatments. Team members will receive professional training to bring exceptional client experiences, from welcoming and scheduling to promoting and selling premium products.
Applicable positions: Massage Therapist, Hair Stylist, Assistant Spa Manager, Spa Manager, etc.
Health
Club Med’s health and safety teams prioritize the well-being of guests and staff through comprehensive care and preventative measures. Medical professionals assess patient conditions, administer first aid, and coordinate further medical assistance when necessary. They maintain resort hygiene and safety standards, manage medical supplies, and train staff on emergency procedures.

Sports
G.O sports teams are the driving force behind the active and vibrant atmosphere at Club Med, making sports accessible, enjoyable, and safe for all guests. Club Med offers exceptional sports experiences in stunning natural settings, from world-class water sports to unique land-based activities
Water Sports
Become part of a passionate team where you can share your expertise in one of our water sports activities: water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, paddle, kite surfing… and many others!

Backstage

Technical Services
Club Med’s Technical Services team is responsible for ensuring safety and the smooth operation of all resort facilities, including pools, theaters, rooms, beaches, and green spaces. Comprised primarily of construction and public works professionals, the team handles repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments, creating a secure and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff.
