The first of the 2024 Choice Award Reward Trips has concluded in the Maldives with winning Travellers Choice members soaking up the sun, sand and spa amenities at the all-inclusive Club Med Kani.
The 10 top-performing agents secured their spot on the Maldives Reward Trip by winning one of the 30 Choice Awards based on their support of the award-winning network’s preferred suppliers.
Travellers Choice members embraced many of the resort’s activities, including scuba diving, snorkeling, padel, yoga and more with All About Travel’s Courtney Machon trying Club Med’s renowned trapeze. The entire group also traveled to a desert island for a lobster barbecue picnic followed by snorkeling with sharks, turtles, rays and different multicolored fish.
Panorama Cruise & Travel’s Caroline Sage also praised the resort’s theme nights, which included a White Night on the beach on the final evening of the trip.
For Chris Watson Travel’s Janine Snook, “the icing on the cake” was that all Travellers Choice members experienced Club Med Kani’s spectacular overwater suites. They also spent a day at Finolhu Villas, part of the Club Med Exclusive Collection, which sits on a private atoll.
New Zealand and Vietnam are the other options available as this year’s Travellers Choice Reward Trips for Choice Award winners.
Travellers Choice recently added several independent agencies in Queensland, WA and NSW to its consortia.
